BIO
Born and raised in Rome long time ago.
In 2003 I graduated from "La Sapienza" as an architect. My master thesis though happened to be a photography book.
In 2004 I worked at an old fashioned fine-art photolab in the basement. There were films, chemicals and old projectors.
In 2006 I moved to the Netherlands and tried to be a proper architect. It turned out that I started freelancing as an architectural photographer.
I looked around and worked hard. I explored and I sailed. I landed somewhere else and indulged for a while. Then I eventually got lost and it took me a while to find my way back home.

the Eindhoven notebooks (de Eindhovense schriften)
Open-ended research that aims to investigate different and significant areas of the city, each distinctly characterized. The project designates Eindhoven as a case study of the urban environment approached as a psychological ecosystem. In other words, an extremely complex large-scale multi-layered entity capable of feeling and thinking in which the interaction between living and non-living elements (residents, visitors, natural elements, neighborhoods, infrastructures and buildings) generates an infinite and poetic source of aesthetic experiences.
